Building stronger teams, one brushstroke at a time
Working with Art specializes in professional development through art making and the creative process.
We foster creativity and connection among staff members at businesses and non-profit organizations by curating specialized programming to suit specific needs and interests. Our goals are to help develop team building in this dynamic environment while staff members engage in experiential art workshops.
These curated art sessions offer a fun and relaxing atmosphere where staff members have the opportunity to temporarily step away from their work day and turn towards a dedicated time to unwind, collaborate, and build mutual trust. With a focus on fostering teamwork and creativity, these art experiences help strengthen workplace rapports and boost work place morale.
You choose from the “menu” of art workshops that’s best for your staff, and you’ll have the opportunity to meet with Nancy and Tia as we plan for your business/organization’s needs and interests. We bring flexibility and experience to every professional development group we work with to meet the uniqueness of work environments.
